XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a collection account for {$6300.00} allegedly owed to XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I have not received any validation of this debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never been provided with a lease agreement, itemized charges, final bill, ledger, or proof that this balance is legally owed. The credit bureaus all claim the information was verified, but none of them can show how it was verified. After reviewing my credit report, I have noticed hard inquiries I do not recognize. I have contacted all 3 CRAs and they refuse to dispute or investigate the inquiries. Attached is a FTC report indicating all of the unauthorized inquiries ( including in the personal statement section ) that should be removed from my credit profile. 15 USC 1681b ( c ) Furnishing reports in connection with credit or insurance transactions that are not initiated by consumer ( 3 ) Information regarding inquiries : Except as provided in the section 15 USC 1681g ( a ) ( 5 ) of this title, a consumer reporting agency shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by a consumer.
