A few months ago, I noticed a {$270.00} late fee charge attached to my monthly bill of which I disputed with and NMAC. The company failed to amend my bill. I mail two payments thereafter, and the charge was deducted from the payment. However, the same charge we repaired the next month and I am being charged penalty fees on the late charge. I did contact the New York State Attorney Generals office of consumer protection filing a complaint. I received the response on XX/XX/year> with no follow through I am at the end of this loan and I feel helpless. Im a XXXX. Ive been robbed by Nissan purchasing this car which is a very poor quality and I feel like Nissan is going to give me XXXX to get out of this loan. I need your help please Im not rich. Im poor and I work very hard
