I have been approved for a loan modification. Lakeview loansXXXX XXXX XXXX sent documents for XXXX to sign and have notarized. I completed the documents, had them notarized and sent them back to the loan company. They keep sending a new packet for me to complete without any documentation of what was incorrect on the documents that I have sent to them, The second time I signed with the notary that they sent out, they gave her instructions and we abided by them. I have called and asked that they provide clear written instructions so that I can complete the documents correctly by the date that they have stipulated and the customer service representative told me that they do not do that, and that a manager would call me back.
