On XX/XX/XXXX, I disrupted 2 transactions with Chime/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX First Transaction- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$2500.00} which was taken from my account on XX/XX/year> Second TransactionXXXX XXXX XXXX Deposit {$1900.00} Both of those charges were from the same day, completely unauthorized as I do not own a XXXX account and I closed XXXX XXXX account in XXXX XXXX XXXX so it would not be possible for me to use that account in XXXX of XXXX Chime only made a dispute for the XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$1900.00} and failed to make a dispute on my behalf for the XXXX * XXXX XXXX charge of {$2500.00}. My chime account was completely compromised that day of those charges and I do not know why Chime did not add in the XXXX * TopUp charge in my original dispute. Chime did end up crediting and approving me the {$1900.00} dispute of the XXXX XXXX XXXX, but failed to even consider the XXXX dispute. If Chime fails to open and approve my dispute for the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charge of {$2500.00} from XX/XX/year>, I will be filing a claim with XXXX XXXX, as my account was completely hacked on the day of XX/XX/year>, and Chime only disputed 1 of the 2 charges from that day.
