I use Chime as a bank account for XXXX and XXXX my part time side jobs, I got my first pay check from Chime XX/XX/year> and it was accessed and {$21.00} was taken by XXXX which i have nothing apple and have to dispute with them regularly. Chime made thd dispute and they got response same day and XXXX agreed to pay {$64.00} of the {$160.00} disputed, I was not aware they were still doing it until it hit when I got paid that I was waiting on. Again, XXXX agreed to {$64.00}, I received emails and texts from Chime letting me know, yet I never reeived the money. After a week I called Chime asking about it and they told m that per their policy they do not deposit refunds from disputes if overfrawn and I was overdrawn by {$4.00} which was part of a XXXX. Ok fine, I then borrowed the {$5.00} because in between paydays from my XXXX XXXX and reason for the side hustles. Another week went by and no refund credit, I called chime again. They agreed I should have received it since the overdraw was fixed and would expedite my refund so I would have it tomorrow ( dates called XX/XX/year> was to have XX/XX/year> ) Never received, so waited until Monday ( today XX/XX/year> ) incase it takes a business day to process then hit the next. I called Chime again and they stated that they did not get the money from XXXX because they refunded it in XXXX on the XXXX, so I asked how could they do that if it did not even happen until XX/XX/year>, maybe the ones they denied they refunded already and reason denied but the {$64.00} was approved and sent by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX because I called after I called Chime back again and was told I would not get it until XX/XX/year>. So I called Chime again and this time I was refunded in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX every month but the month it was taken XX/XX/year>. So, how did XXXX refund me for charges that did not yet happen and according to XXXX they sent the {$64.00} on XX/XX/year> to CHIME. Chime had it ready and sent email that it was all good, then it was because I was overdrawn, Overdraft fixed called back and the next day I would get it and now I can not have it because refunded in several months earlier, so why did XXXX approve the {$64.00} and send to Chime and how can XXXX refund me in the past for something that happened in the futre. It may seem like a small amount but someone is lying and I can not be the only person this has happened to and there are many complaits that state this issue, their website does say if negative can not give dispute refunds but that has been fixed for 2 weeks now and all of a sudden they can not give it to me but last week they expedited it, something is wrong. I have stopped my XXXX and XXXX from going in the account, I want to close but need confirmation I am not getting my money prior to doing so. I went over the app with one call today and she still was talking about XXXX, honey I was approved XX/XX/XXXX from fraud on XXXX XXXX, XXXX so if nothing else they owe me the {$21.00} taken from my py on XX/XX/year>, no way that was refunded to me a head of time.
