I refinanced my VA loan through Dynagen Lending and experienced multiple serious issues involving misrepresentation, TRID disclosure violations, attempted backdating of documents, escrow/payoff errors, and now financial harm. XXXX. Misrepresentation of Mortgage Payments On XX/XX/XXXX ( the day before my XXXX mortgage payment was due ), I received an email from a Dynagen loan XXXX stating : Do not make your XXXX or XXXX mortgage payments. Youre all set for those XXXX months. I relied on this written instruction in good faith. 2. No Closing Disclosure Provided or Signed ( TRID Violation ) Dynagen reported that my loan closed on XX/XX/XXXX, but I was never provided a Closing Disclosure before closing, never given the required 3-day review period, and never signed a CD at or after closing. I also received no written first payment due date. This is a direct TRID violation. 3. Attempted Backdating of Closing Documents After claiming the loan closed on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX informed me a notary would be sent the following week and the documents would be backdated to XX/XX/XXXX. I refused to sign anything backdated. This appears to be an attempt to falsify compliance dates. 4. Escrow/Tax Handling Errors Dynagen incorrectly told me that escrow funds could be used immediately, even though property taxes had to be paid first. They repeatedly said they would take care of it, but this proved incorrect and created confusion with the payoff to my prior servicer ( XXXX ). 5.
