I woke up and noticed a payment of {$920.00} posted to my Nordstrom XXXX Acct and I contacted them and found out it was a XX/XX/XXXXPayment, a phone/voice authorized payment that anyone can make by calling their toll free number and the money goes out of the account linked to the card, which is mine. It doesnt require a password or any other authorization as normal account access does. I googled Nordstrom XXXX payment and found out via XXXX that it is an authorized payment that drains peoples accounts from time to time. Nordstrom was not able to tell me who called in and how the payment was authorized but they were able to reverse it.
