I am enrolled in a debt consolidation program to Palisade Legal Group ( recently changed to XXXX XXXX XXXX ) since XXXX of XXXX, I am paying them religiously up to date. Then in XX/XX/XXXX I received a summon from XXXX XXXX XXXX, representing XXXX of the creditors I owed money XXXX is also included in the contract that I signed from Palisade. I sent those papers to Palisade Legal Group and they said they will take care of it. I went to the XXXX for a month, when I got back I got an email from my payroll department that XXXX XXXX XXXX is going to take money directly from my paycheck and they did since XX/XX/XXXX, every single paycheck they take 20 % of my gross income which is way too much for me plus I still pay Palisade/XXXX monthly . I have been calling PalisadeXXXX every time and they keep telling me the same thing every single time, honestly I have yelled in XXXX of those calls because I am becoming impatient, I am XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I cant help it, I feel like they are just playing me, making me look like XXXX and XXXX. The last time I called I was very patient and polite and yet still nothing happened with the promise. They keep saying I will call or email you in 5 days but I did not get calls or emails or updates. I sent them demand letter in XXXX XXXX, after that I couldn't send email to their client care help desk email thru XXXX address, I got that mailer failed/could n't find email address back. Then I got an email from the old name Palisade help desk, then I called and they told me the same 5 days get back to you and I did not, I emailed asked for updates I got no response. Up to now XXXX XXXX XXXX is taking money from my paycheck, nothing is resolved. Please help me. Thank you.
