don't return this. nothing has been resolved. no pay off stmt was sent before house sold...... file did not open read the attached email that was why the house was sold when foreclosure judgment sought they wanted me to re isgn a contract did not need it after they cashed payments on it. on the contract and cashed a check on these amounts. on the contract then refused to sign it. they use the loopholes in the law misrepresent why they were able to get foreclosure judgment and there is a lawsuit about this for which legal technicalities wont work like res judicata. that argument is coming I have received no mail no responses their C email CS given direction by XXXX XXXX gives me no prompt info gave me no pay off stmt as file did not open. see attachment and forward this complaint to them I am going all the way and nothing in their response resolves anything they take foreclosure judgment with me having a lawyer incompetent denying me dull and fair opportunity to litigate as evidence they could do what they did. they breached contract.
