Acima Leasing company fraudulently took out money out of my account for a lease payment on XX/XX/year>. This transaction was made using a bank card that belongs to my wife. This card information was never provided to the company by myself or my wife, nor was it ever on the initial application or lease agreement, nor was it ever used to make any payments at all to this company. And the company currently has the payment documented in their system as being made with an old card that has been canceled for over XXXX months now, but somehow that same transaction shows up on my bank records under a completely different card number. I have called the company a total of XXXX times so far for which they confirmed the payment was made using the old bank card that has been canceled for over XXXX months and I called my bank and submitted a dispute, they confirmed that same transaction came through their system and was processed using a completely different card information. Again this other card information was never given to this company. I have been on the phone a total of XXXX times now and have submitted my bank statement to them via email as well as screenshots of the transactions according to their request. I was on the phone with them for XXXX minutes yesterday just to be told there is no one in management that can help me with this issue at the moment. Everything is well documented in black-and-white and is documented with my financial institution as well. I continue to be brushed off by this company after furnishing proof that a payment was processed through their company system using financial information that was never provided to them. Financial information that doesnt even belong to me. Nor did I ever schedule or arrange for this payment to be made. My consent, nor my authorization was not provided to this company for this payment using this payment method. I simply want to know how that is possible, and I have a high index of suspicion that transaction fraud has taken place. The fact that no one wants to talk to me about this issue from the company further solidifies my suspicions.
