On XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for a loan with XXXX XXXX who was the loan officer and he agreed to give me an installment loan of {$10000.00} from his company. I sent him my personal information which included my Chime Bank routing and account number. my social security number, my mother 's maiden name, my Chime Bank debit card information, my cash app identification, my personal XXXX account information, and my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX routing and account numbers. On XX/XX/XXXX, he created a fake document showing a deposit of {$5000.00} into my Chime account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a representative of Chime Bank and was told that there is NO pending deposit of {$5000.00} in my Chime account. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX or his associate took {$300.00} from my Chime account with a promise that I would receive the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX, I gave XXXX XXXX my new phone number. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX was given {$80.00} from my XXXX account with the promise I would get the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX or his associate withdrew {$940.00} and {$990.00} from my Chime account which was not authorized. This was done through XXXX XXXX. The following are the Chime bank withdrawals : XX/XX/XXXX - of {$5.00} to his associate XXXX XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX withdrawal of {$300.00} to his associate XXXX XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX - withdrawal of {$2400.00} to his associate XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX - withdrawal of {$100.00} and {$920.00} through his associate XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, I informed XXXX XXXX that the total amount he needs to send back to me was {$3500.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked XXXX XXXX whether he was paying me back the {$3500.00} and also give me the loan of {$10000.00}. At XXXX XXXX XXXX, he said yes. At XXXX XXXX XXXX, I asked XXXX XXXX to send me the loan agreement and he said yes. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX he said that I would get both the {$3500.00} and the {$10000.00} loan that day. On XX/XX/XXXX, he sent me a loan agreement with the wrong address. He then sent me another loan agreement with my correct address. As of this date, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX refuses to give me both the {$3500.00} and the {$10000.00} loan.
