On the morning of XX/XX/XXXX while I was at work I received a notification that my XXXX XXXXalance threshold had reached below {$25.00}. Seeing this, I panicked and checked my account, which is when I saw that there had been three consecutive ATM withdrawals from a XXXX in XXXX XXXX, after seeing this, I turned off access to my card and proceeded to contact XXXX services. Once in contact I spoke with a gentleman who processed my dispute and took down some information about my details and asked l if I had given access to someone. My answers were no and he told me that I would be sent an email. Being distraught as this was my first paycheck and my daughters birthday- I had been out of work for 4 m.o and was very behind on my bills I was not thinking clearly. Upon going home my husband reminded me that this has happened in XXXX at my last job and first paycheck. Both times, the day after receiving direct deposit- someone went into a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and withdrew money using a card with my credentials and my pin. When this happened in XXXX, XXXX did the same thing which was closing my debit card and sending me a new one. Upon this realization I did a web search that stated that I should file a police report. But I could not because the crime happened in a city I am not a resident of. I was prompted to file a report with identity theft.gov. After completing the application, it said that I needed to contact the company and ask if they were going to credit my account. When I contacted XXXX they told me that one they could not close my account because thats how I would get my refund, and that it was still being processed and could not promise me a refund. I told them about what had happened before and that this was very similar. I asked if my account was secure, they told me it was just my debit card that was affected. I called them on Saturday and on Monday morning I received a denial from them on my dispute.
