I joined a sweepstakes site called pulsz for the fun of it. The site says it is for entertainment purposes only and is free. Well a few weeks of playing for fun, I get a message from them that I won XXXX of their sweepstakes, in order for them to send it to me they would need a copy of my ID ( front and back ) and debit card ( also photo of front and back ) where I would like the sweepstakes win sent. They deposited money and turned around and took over XXXX withdraws from my account-it ended up being over {$8000.00} taken from my checking account by them! I wrote the sweepstakes site, they said give them XXXX hours to look into it .. I go back on their site only to see that I have now been blocked. I call wells fargo immediately and they open a dispute under " charged wrong amount ''. I sent in screenshots of the website that says " for entertainment purposes only '' and " completely free '' as well as letting them know that I am blocked from the site and can not get in to see messages between me and the company or anything. XXXX days after opening the dispute, my claim is denied. So I call wells fargo to see why and to reopen the dispute. I've talked to XXXX different people and keep being told someone will call me today to explain why and see what my options are from here. It's now been XXXX days and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have also come to find out that this company have multiple XXXX dollar lawsuits currently going on! And it is located in XXXX which is located in XXXX overseas territory!
