XX/XX/XXXX {$12000.00} Signed under Debt Settlement company XX/XX/XXXX Court ordered to be paid by the " spouse '' XX/XX/XXXX Certified mailed with Temporary order and a Contempt paper to the assigned attorney but never received a respond I have over XXXX emails XXXX me and the company. They finally told me they went out of business... XX/XX/XXXX : Started calling and trying to dispute all XXXX through XXXX main credit reporting companies Also, called the credit card companies directly. Asked for 1099-C and the copy of transaction being sold to the third party. was told they tried to mail it to me but never received it. I was using a XXXX til XX/XX/XXXX when i started renting from a friend 's father. XXXX/XXXX : they updated/ disputed XXXX out of XXXX, but all XXXX are still not reporting the same. XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) {$1400.00} ( XXXX ) {$8100.00} have been asking them to provide me with 1099-c, asked for another copy of the debt being sold .. and i still have yet to heard a respond but just updated to " Remaining '' This was court ordered to be responsible by the spouse and has caused me personally tremendous stress affecting my custody due to not able to obtaining housing due to the score and also not able to say goodbye to my father before his passing in XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
