I am submitting this complaint regarding inaccurate reporting of late payments by a creditor on my credit report. Despite making all payments on time, this account continues to reflect late payment entries that are incorrect and damaging to my credit profile. The creditor is claiming that I was late in XX/XX/year>, however, my credit report clearly shows a Pays As Agreed ( current/good payment ) status for that same month. The inaccuracies begin from XXXX through XX/XX/year>, where the account suddenly reports as late, even though all payments were made on time and no missed payments occurred. I contacted the creditor directly, and an agent verbally confirmed that XX/XX/year> was marked late in their system which directly contradicts the credit report data that shows the account was current. This inconsistency has resulted in ongoing reporting errors that are unfairly harming my credit standing. I am attaching copies of my credit report and payment records to support my claim.
