On XX/XX/year> I paid off my 24 month loan from easypay. Then in the following month XXXX, they took {$100.00} dollars out of my bank account without my permission. My bank issued a refund due to the fact it was not authorized by me. Easypay is stating that the {$100.00} are late fees. Now it's XXXX and they are charging me {$120.00} ( {$25.00} ) insufficient fund fee on something they tried to take without my permission. The loan payments were taken from my account regularly and if a late fee was owed they would take the {$10.00} along with payment. Regular payment of {$160.00} with late payment {$170.00}. I fulfilled the contractual amount but they are refusing to close the account unless I pay more money.
