I contacted Comenity customer service multiple times to request a Medical Hardship Hold and to prevent collections placement. Despite this, they continued to pressure me for payment, harassed me with repeated calls, and did not offer any hardship assistance. This caused significant stress and financial harm. I am requesting : - Immediate Medical Hardship Hold - Stop all collection calls/harassment - Prevention of collections placement - Removal of negative reporting caused by medical XXXX - Written confirmation of account protection
