In XXXX of XXXX I prepaid my mortgage to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX months of payments. In XXXX of XXXX my loan transferred over to SN serving who now made my payback shortened by 5 months. I informed the my payback date wasn't the date they gave me and although I provided proof they said the would proceed with beginning the foreclosure process. There was no resolve so they proceeded to commence on the process. On XX/XX/XXXX I rec 'd a summons and complaint of Judgement. XXXX I Answered and they then asked for judicial interventions for XXXX and XXXX which I didn't attend due to not being offered for jury of my peers. In XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a discharge letter asking to reimburse me all I paid or discharge the debt. They responded on XXXX XXXX indicating their not the primary mortgagee and they are the nominal although the summons and complaints caption was their company listed ad plaintiff. I didn't get any correspondence from the court or plaintiff until XX/XX/XXXX. The bank XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX represented by XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX NY. sent me my Judgement from the court indicating my property will foreclose on XX/XX/XXXX with Auction and sale with XXXX XXXX XXXX being the XX/XX/XXXX. I quickly submitted my Quiet Title claim with Notice of Pendency by XXXX XXXX and a process server to serve them. I don't know if it commenced on the XXXX of XXXX but, I rec 'd a notice on my door by XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX-on XX/XX/XXXX, that I must vacate the premises because my property was foreclosed on. I notified XXXX XXXX that I am at the property and my property is in litigation. She went on to say the HOA informed her I was deceased. I told her not true I WAS VERY MUCH ALIVE. She went on to say I had an obituary and i wasn't alive. After that I ignored her because she began to harrass me. I will attach correspondence. On XX/XX/XXXX coming home I discovered the locks were changed on my door and my old lock was broken up on the ground. I couldn't see in the dark so the next day I came back to myy house and called the local police department. They sent over and officer. We contacted the XXXX 's XX/XX/XXXX they didn't do it and he contacted local they didn't do it. It then what he proposed it to be a crime as someone broke into my property with out consent. I did see a business card from XXXX XXXX that was on my table in front of my door. We called her and she reported my property was vacant that's why she sent people to break into my house. She claimed I foreclosed on XX/XX/XXXX and I told her my house was in litigation. She ignored me to validate what she did. She claimed her bank bought the property which is fraud because there is no documentation of the same. The police officer reminded she committed a crime of breaking and entering my said property. She disregarded what he said to say she will find me a place to relocate. I ignored her and told the officer I'm done. I did report her to the FTC as well. Please see attached documents.
