Upon viewing my credit reports via identity alert. On my XXXX and XXXX credit reports. LVNV Funding LLC, and RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES LLP. Did cause entries on my credit file listing " NEW ACCOUNT '' when, in fact, they are accounts in collections, there were two accounts for a company XXXX XXXX XXXX LVNV did add a " New Account '' as of XX/XX/year> for the amount of {$3400.00}. On XX/XX/year> Lvnv reported another account that I had with XXXX XXXX. For the amount of {$1000.00}. Reported as " open account '' as of XXXX, with updated status on XX/XX/year>. Now I find this deceitful.I had also received a letter regarding l v and v from an attorney 's office, XXXX XXXX in Michigan, where I wrote a cease and desist and alleged, if it was my debt, they were to provide all information. As of XXXX XXXX, I have not received anything from XXXX XXXX I refuse to file bankruptcy.I 'm currently getting social security XXXX, please do not disclose this to these companies. And i'm on a fixed income. I find their axe deceitful, and I request that they have the accounts paid in full for what they did. I also want to note that XXXX involved my social security and my date of birth in a XXXX incident in XXXX about in XXXX. To have a credit agency exposed, my personal information is unacceptable.I would like consumer financial to help me on both ends, and I feel that i'm being attacked by these debt brokers cause apparently they've sold the debts, but that XXXX allowed my personal data to be exposed. Additional information was that i'm also a victim of the XXXX XXXX XXXX, which exposed my personal information and my fingerprints. I'm currently under identity monitoring by XXXX and XXXX. I want these data brokers to leave me alone because being contacted by an attorney and then having them deceitfully, put quote new account on my credit file is unacceptable. I also intend to notify my attorney general 's office and file.Police reports on l v and v and XXXX.I might even do a civil lawsuit against XXXX.For disclosure of my personal data. This is very serious and this is illegal and it is also a violation of my virginia privacy credit act. I request CFPB to investigate these allegations and take action against resurgent capital, LVNV Funding, XXXX for releasing my information, and XXXX and XXXX for the final 2 credit agencies for failure too properly, protect my credit files and allow these companies to put these derogatory inaccurate.
