I opened my account with Novo on XX/XX/year> to receive {$300.00} when I fulfilled the following terms " XXXX debit card transactions and holding a minimum deposit of {$5000.00} within XX/XX/XXXX days and then hold for XX/XX/XXXX days after ''. I fulfilled these terms, but the bank is only providing a {$40.00} " referral offer '' that they are now saying is all I am going to get. The terms did not state anything about not combining offers and the information provided was not on their original offer. They are trying to make up rules to not pay the bonus. I have only asked for the {$260.00} remaining, not a combining. The company has refused multiple times and I told them I would be filling this complaint.
