We leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX. We set up automatic payment, XXXX pulled XXXX payments, then stopped, we didnt catch it, and they repossessed the vehicle, when trying to make the payments up, and retrieve the vehicle, they only provided XXXX ways to pay, XXXX XXXX, or a cashiers check, money gram wont accept the account number, we tried numerous times, and we were told by customer service that the cashier check would not process for XXXX days, at which point the car will have already be auctioned off, after checking consumer complaints against XXXX XXXX discovered that this is common practice for XXXX XXXX And that many customers have paid the money to retrieve their vehicles, XXXX still sold the vehicle at auction. So we are stuck. XXXX of complaints have been made. They need to be held accountable. Please help!
