A person or persons made an unauthorized purchase using my credit card that i was unaware of, i notified the bank as soon as i became aware of it approximately XXXX days later. After a short investigation by the bank they withdrew over XXXX XXXX dollars from my account without my knowledge or permission. I was informed yesterday by phone that my claim had been denied.
