I was sent a letter from Lloyd and McDaniel, PLC with very threatening language that they were preparing to file a lawsuit against me unless I paid them a certain amount of money, although there was no verification of said owed debt. They stated they sent a letter prior, which was never received by me. They signed the letter " Lloyd and McDaniel , PLC '' after threatening legal action against me, never identifying themselves as an attorney or providing a name and signature. I find their conduct to be abusive and a violation of my rights by the FDCPA. I have sent a dispute to their office via XXXX, via email as well and their website.
