On I XX/XX/XXXX ending my job there on XX/XX/XXXX started XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Now XXXX are charging me the amount of XXXX by Third Party : Schuerger Law Group XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX, Telephone number : XXXX. I have send them various letters to stop collection, harassments via email, calls, regular mail and they have not stop. They are damaging my credit and my military Security Clearance. The previous letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX states as follows : " Please be advised that I am disputing this bill to the full extent of my ability, please provide all documents, [ not just a letter that I have a bill ] including but not limited to a contract, proof of service in relation to the alleged claim, to include wet ink signatures, include all documents that support your claim with signatures and date stamp from XXXX, provide proof of in service training, with the date of maturity of the alleged claim and date of release of such claim. If you fail to provide the training records and all evidence requested and any training thereof you shall consider this bill null and void for lack of providing evidence. Also be advice that under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act I am exempt from this bill as I entered XXXX XXXX training and took a leave of absence from XXXX. it is for this reason that I am advising you to " Cease and Desist '' from calling, sending collection letters and any other activity related to this alleged bill '. So as you can see the collection process have continued and the damaging of my credit.
