On XX/XX/year>, XXXX XXXX sent me a written settlement letter offering to settle my account for {$2000.00} if payment was received on or before XX/XX/year>. I am attempting to pay this settlement early, but their system will not allow me to do so. The payment screen only shows bank information fields but no way to input the settlement amount. The website also displays a banner stating they are experiencing system disruptions due to XXXX XXXX. Because of this, I can not make the payment they instructed me to make. I have multiple verification emails from XXXX documenting repeated attempts over time to register, log in, and make payments. Despite these attempts, XXXX XXXX has not provided working instructions or access to complete the settlement. I contacted the company and previously requested clear payment instructions and working access to my account. They did not provide the information needed to make the settlement payment. I am requesting that the CFPB document that I attempted to pay before the XX/XX/XXXX deadline and assist in requiring XXXX XXXX to either ( XXXX ) correct the system issues so I can make the {$2000.00} payment, or ( XXXX ) provide an alternative payment method while honoring the written XX/XX/year> deadline without penalty.
