On XX/XX/year>, I purchased a vehicle from the dealership, HGreg in XXXX. During the paperwork process, the dealership added several extra products to my loan, including XXXX insurance and multiple protection packages. I was told these items could not be removed, and the finance manager used pressure tactics, claiming they were required and that drivers in Florida are bad, so I needed them.
