Consumer Narrative

In the month of XXXX of the year 2025 I was tricked into signing a fraudulent contract with The XXXX XXXX located in XXXX FLorida. There were several contract disputes with the contract such as repairs being made. I moved out of the XXXX XXXX, which I had a right to do and they are claiming that I owe them something. The contract is in Dispute! Thats what a contract is, its an agreement between XXXX or more people. Either side can violate the terms of the contract and when that happens then a judge has to settle the dispute. Neither side can legally claim anything untill the Judge rule 's. The way it works is nobody owes anybody anything untill the judge rules on it and at that point a little piece of white paper is obtained by XXXX of the parties. Its called a Judgement! The XXXX has no Judgement on me therefore I don't owe anybody anything. I explained this to Equifax but they keep saying that the XXXX validated the debt. This is fraud!!! This is fraud by EquiFax. EquiFax and XXXX XXXX are XXXX XXXX against me. Equifax is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. I should be able to sue them. The last XXXX of that account number is XXXX
