When I went in for my MRI, representative disclosed my payment would be XXXX. When I arrived for MRI, representative told me not to pay my XXXX incase it was lower they would not be able to refund me any money as the hospital does not do refunds. When I received my bill it was over XXXX when I called to dispute it with the hospital they told me there was nothing they could do. I started paying off the big bill I was paying every month until, a representative from the hospital stole my credit card information and my email and personal info and tried to purchase plane tickets with my information. Shortly after that I received the letter from the debt collectors not the hospital.
