mobile app access requested. Once enrolled for mobile app, login says XXXX doesn't match or the XXXX picture chosen at registration doesn't match and to call customer support not to login if the picture isn't right. Every time I've gotten a new card, which is several. I've had issues. Ive NEVER had mobile app access they claim to provide. Which causes... every time I dial the number on back of the card I'm charged {$.00} whether I was trying to check balance or not. Often disconnected, put on hold for XXXX mins, told I'll get a call back to resolve my issues, can't dispute anything because they just won't allow it. Many NSF charges XXXX each when the money was in fact in the account so it causes another call to double check after the embarrassment if decline in the store for no reason. All the unjustifiable fees charged each time outs me in the negative sometimes just by pennies and it causes me to be declined again when I things should not be declined and the fees for NSF continues when in fact they wouldn't be insufficiate had i not gotten wrongful fees thrown at me non stop. I've had about XXXX debit cards {$5.00} each and twice paid for expedited shipping for an extra {$15.00} in the last XXXX months ... magnetic strip issue at atm and swiping at a register days after paying {$20.00} for new card, would not work anywhere and I finally get a human on the phone about other issues and mention the bogus card that didn't work, which I could still use online for groceries typing in manually, I had {$20.00} on there reimbursed from XXXX and the lady wouldn't wait XXXX mins for me to send my money to my other debit card before cancelling that card said she only was waiting XXXX mins, she didn't have time, also said tech person would call me back about mobile app issues, left me on hold for XXXX hour and XXXX mins waiting for XXXX department 's which is who I was meant to be speaking with in the first place and chose the automated systems option for that department. Never did I get app access, XXXX or more debit cards I've tried to register with and each time XXXX near the same issues logging in. I think it is bogus, copy cat, hijacked or hacked prepaid card program and I'm probably being taken to the cleaners.. Customer services does not do their job whatsoever in my experience. And also I can't get forms I need to change direct deposit without printing from the all to cancel this deposit account which is impossible for me to do. Aside from all of the. The astronocal fees that I didn't rack up, which I'm not able to dispute should be waived either way considering they won't give me the same access to view my account information or online transaction, balances or any other account info needed to see what is going on. Which makes it hard to balance a checkbook so to speak if there's no way to know they are pounding down the XXXX ) XXXX fees and only way to know is request paper copy of statement, can not view onl
