I am filing a complaint regarding a fraudulent vehicle loan that was opened in my name with a lender that is NOT my actual auto loan provider. I do have a legitimate vehicle purchased from CarMax, but that real loan is with a different bank. The account I am disputing is not connected to my real vehicle or my real lender. I am filing a complaint about a vehicle loan that was opened without my consent or knowledge.
