XXXX got a Cashiers CheckXX/XX/XXXX $XXXX from Capital One Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX NY XXXX Tel: XXXX XXXX XXXX went to change it updated for new check new date in XXXX XXXX. The Capital One Associate refuse to do it, (XXXX), because this check never expires. \nToday the Capital One (XXXX) refuse to change refuse to cash it and refuse to deposit because the check is Expired. Capital one is stealing the money. XXXX XXXX said my money was transferred to NY state. I called Capital one Customer Service, (XXXX) said the my money is lost because no documents about any transfer to NY State\nI contact NYstate @unclaimed funds by phone and (XXXX) ask me for SS number, name, DOB, address, check Number, Bank, amount etc and She confirmed Capital One Bank, has never transfer anything on my name. Capital One Associates XXXX (supervisor) XXXX, XXXX refuses to give me a proof of Funds Transfer. Capital One never contacted me or Notified me about-any transfer. The Bank Never reported to state about unclaimed funds on my name, and never transferred. The Capital One are stealing my money'
