I was scammed on XX/XX/XXXX and they transferred {$310.00} to their credit card. I did a dispute and it was denied because they are saying I made the transaction, but it was a scam call and when I realized it was a scam I hung up, somehow the scam people transferred the money anyways. XXXX is saying that I made this transaction, but I didnt. I want my money back. I made a police report and everything, but XXXX bank does not care. XXXX bank is telling me to contact the XXXX driving account and the XXXX driving is telling me thats not with them it through the XXXX bank to take it up with them. I keep getting the runaround. I want my money back. Im am XXXX and working paycheck to paycheck. Please help me, Im begging you! The police report number is XXXX the disputed claim ID is XXXX. Please help me, what theyre doing is wrong.
