On XX/XX/scrub> 2025, I received an advertising email from XXXX XXXX { AmEx } offering a CD for XX/XX/XXXX months for up to 4.99 % interest. I was interested and replied to this email. I filled out a form to request a CD account. In this form, I disclosed my SSN, driver 's license, and Bank information from where the money should come from. Next, I received phone calls from XXXX XXXX and was asked if I had received the forms and had sent them back. On XX/XX/scrub> 2025, I called the AMEX XXXX department and asked if they had an XXXX XXXX in the OnlineCD department. And if there where a CD account under my name. The answers were negative. I was advised to inform Government entities, Credit Bureaus, my Bank, and SSA.I have not transferred any money.
