On XX/XX/year>, I did 2 withdrawals from an ATM located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA, inside XXXX, that was marked clearly marked No Surcharge, but when I checked my bank statement I was charged {$2.00} per transaction ( {$4.00} total ). I contacted my bank and they advised I was charged by PNC, PNC confirmed and said I was charged because I am not a PNC cardholder. I did not receive any notice I would be charged fees.
