I am filing this complaint because a consumer reporting agency / data broker / sub-bureau has continued to maintain, share, and/or sell my personal data and credit-related information without my consent or a permissible purpose. I submitted a formal Revocation, Deletion, and Permanent Suppression Notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( 15 U.S.C. 68016809 ) and FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) demanding that the company delete all Non-Public Personal Information ( NPI ) connected to my identity. This includes : Personally Identifiable Information ( PII ) Consumer report data, inquiries, tradelines, XXXX XXXX collected or shared through sub-bureaus, affiliates, or third-party vendors I also revoked their authorization to access or process my information and gave them 10 business days to comply. I warned them that non-compliance would be a willful violation of GLBA, FCRA, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and applicable state laws. Despite this, they have not responded, or they continue to report/share/sell my data. This is unlawful
