So apparently trying keeps you in advance at the same time that my check gets deposited into my account unknowingly I spend the money that I have from my check but at the same time it spends the money that I received from time it's happened XXXX times so far I have called several times I get hung up on or they tell me that they'll get somebody to help me and never do they tell me they give me the advance I have to call in and tell him I don't want it and then they take it back but I have to set up my direct deposit for me to get in advance and I don't have direct deposit on that account so when I get a good amount of money that I moved from XXXX account to this account they give me the advance I don't know that they do that nor do I accept it or anything like that but then they end up just taking money out of my account every time I move money around. And I have called and I have said I didn't want this feature I don't know why you guys keep doing it and they just tell me well we give you an advance if you don't want it just call us and we'll take it back but I never accept it I never asked for it and they just keep doing it and they just keep taking money out my account and they say it that they are allowed to do this
