Beginning on XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted IC System after noticing a collection account reported on my credit report. I provided the debt ID number shown on my credit report and my correct personal information. The representative stated that while they did have an account under my name, the personal information associated with that account did not match my actual date of birth or address.
