Received a notice for wage execution through the mail. The notice had no information about how much debt was owed, they lied about the time frame in which i have to respond stating i only got 10 days to respond when it should be 15 due to the notice being delivered by mail. They maliciously sent the notice and I received the notice the Saturday before XXXX knowing I have a limited time frame to respond and with the holiday that next week I had no time to respond. Started a new job less than three months ago and in a probationary period so I can not call out without risk of losing my job. I work XXXX during the weekdays so it impossible for me to even get to the courthouse to even try to make a response. I contacted the people suing me for the debt to no avail the one person who answered had no authority to access my account/case to give me any information. I scheduled a call on their website for the friday after XXXX and they did not call me. No where on their site did they state no one will be in office to make calls. The company or firm in question is Pressler , Felt & Warshaw LLP Attorneys At Law on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX via a merger between the two banks.
