I had an account with XXXX in XXXX. I was then XXXX and fighting a charge and XXXX continued my service then sold my debt without reaching out or my permission. Which crashed my credit and created debt when if the would have stopped the service and sent notice the latest month and services would have been paid and squared away like all my other obligations were. I had no way of knowing or the ability to stop it and they took advantage of my circumstances.
