There was fraudulent unauthorized activity on my chime account around my birthday so ever since around XX/XX/XXXX I've been sending an emails and calls trying to figure out where my money is the company denied my dispute even though I showed that I never confirmed for my number to be changed or that I've never changed my number or made purchases from Missouri somewhere yet they still kept denying my dispute when I finally got a hold of them they did let me know that the number was changed on my account and it was hacked through the virtual credit card but still on over {$1000.00} being missing from my account they never send me the documents that they showed my number being changed and my money being moved but they just denied my dispute repeatedly I know they're not honoring their fried protection promise for their customers because it says if your card was hacked whether it's your physical or virtual card that you're covered and your funds will be returned
