My debit card was lost on XXXX. It was used at two different merchants, 3 times as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I realized at that time, froze my card. I got a text from chime @ XXXX on XXXX that my frozen card was attempted use at XXXX XXXX for {$120.00} and again @ XXXX for {$16.00}. Those transactions did not go through. I filed a police report and opened an investigation that night on the fraudulent use of my card. I disputed all transactions with Chime after they cleared. I obtained a copy of my police report and uploaded it as evidence on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX. All of my disputes were declined by chime. On XX/XX/XXXX I reopened investigation and once again submitted copies of the police report and record of arrest. A person was arrested and charged for using my debit card unlawfully. The reopened disputes were declined again within 24 hours. I received an email from chime stating the evidence they used to deny my dispute and none of it included my uploaded evidence, nor does it comply with Regulation E.
