Financial account number XXXX Bmw offered a promise to pay and even sent me the email confirmation that Ive promised to pay and verbally even told me that the repossession would be placed on hold so long as I pay on XXXX XXXX, on the XXXX, my car was repossessed. I have paid a total of 75 % of the vehicle price. I paid XXXX down roughly and I paid XXXX and the loans and I owe XXXX. I even emailed Bmw to confirm agreement and a conference prompt promised to pay confirmation. unfortunate part about this was I had my vehicle repo within the 12 month period. So reinstatement was not being provided but this time I was totally in the right and then the past when my vehicle was repossessed. I paid all the reinstatement fees and costs when youre given something in writing and verbally told the same thing and you rely on it. You rely on him that your product is safe that theres gon na be no adverse action however thats what Bmw did and they did it one day before the agreed due date. What Im looking for is simple. The repo should be canceled. Removed from my record and vehicle back to me and I will go ahead and pay my past due balance which I was gon na do anyway on the XXXX and Ill pay the entire entirety of it.
