I paid off a debt XX/XX/year>. They were supposed to send me a pay to delete letter after I paid off a debt that wasnt even mines. They were also supposed to send me a receipt that it is in paid in full with a XXXX balance. Each time I call I tell them I havent received anything. They were supposed to send an email, letter in the mail. They stated they did sent out but they havent. I told them I am reporting them because we had an agreement in order for to pay in full.
