I am filing this complaint against XXXX XXXX, regarding a rental collection account reported inaccurately on my consumer report. The account in question shows a balance of {$2000.00} with a delinquency date of XX/XX/XXXX, status closed, and reported again as recently as XX/XX/XXXX. I have disputed this account multiple times in writing with Transworld Systems Inc. ( TSI ), the debt collector allegedly handling the account, but they have never responded to my dispute letters. This failure to respond violates FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ), which requires furnishers to investigate disputes within 30 days.
