I paid off LP Financial in full on XX/XX/XXXX, I was never late on this account and for some reason the credit bureau ( XXXX ) is reporting this account 60 days late and also in XXXX reporting in Collection status. How can a paid in full account report in collections after paid in full? I have reached out to XXXX and disputed XXXX different times with no luck or assistance from them and I have reached out to LP Financial with no luck, only received a letter stating the errors.
