I have a Chime account and XXXX went into my account yesterday on XX/XX/year> & took a unauthorized payment of {$360.00} which was my rent money.I emailed and chatted with XXXX in the app because they dont have a phone live agent and they are giving me the run around.I tried disputing it with chime and the denied it right away and gave no reason why .Im very upset and hurt
