I'm sorry if this is repetitive. I'm very frustrated at this point. I have hundreds of dollars worth of unfair overdraft fees. I had fraud charges on my account on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$210.00}. Because of this fraud, my account was severely overdrawn. This is because the fraud took money from my account that was reserved for the auto drafted bills. On XX/XX/XXXX I added {$450.00} to cover my legit bills that were pulled from the account. I received an email at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX informing me that if I did not make my account positive by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, that I would get charged with overdraft fees. I DID send over money to cover my XXXX XX/XX/XXXX payment, hours before the XXXX deadline, and was charged overdraft fees on THE SAME DAY I received the extra day grace notification, hours before the deadline for this. Because I did not send in more money to cover the original fraud charge, I was hit with overdraft fees. So when more bills started drawing from my account, it made it even more negative ( because of the fraud charges ). I actually ended up sending in + {$550.00} extra to cover real bills, just not enough for the fraud charges but kept getting hit with overdraft fees for multiple things. The first overdraft fee i received was XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Even though I had sent in the money to cover the real bills being pulled and made the account positive, the bank still charged me an overdraft fee for XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( plus many others on different dates ). It was NEGATIVE the first time XXXXXX/XX/XXXX charged my account BECAUSE OF THE FRAUD which I was told not to pay. The account then stayed negative for weeks because I did not pay the fraud charges or overdraft fees. I had other bills come through and pull money, which I added money for those as it happened. I was then charged multiple other overdraft fees because of the account still being negative, which again, was because I was NOT paying the fraud charges like I was told. I called the bank multiple times asking them to please freeze my account so nothing else could charge it until it was all done being investigated. I was told they can not do that and that the overdraft fees would be refunded since fraud is what caused the negative balance to begin with. I have proof that I even sent the money to cover my bills being charged BEFORE the extra day/grace period would end, but since I never paid the fraud charge, it never brought my account positive, therefore charging me multiple times for over drafts on bills I actually did add money for. Other overdraft charges i received were for medallion bank, XXXX, roamly, XXXXXX/XX/XXXXand XXXX XXXX. All because my account was overdrawn from fraud that I didn't pay. I DID send in money for these bills before the extra grace period ended, but since I didn't pay the fraud, it stayed overdrawn and kept charging me.
