On XXXX XXXX, 2025 I wrote Sunbit regarding an incorrect charge appearing on my XX/XX/year> statement. Never heard from them so on XXXX XXXX i Followed up. On XX/XX/year> they finally acknowledged that they would investigate. On XX/XX/year> they sent XXXX letters dated on the same day. XXXX to acknowledge that they were investigating and XXXX to let me know they were placing the {$30.00} back on my account. I guess they didn't believe me. Today I paid off the account and requested they close it. I do not want to do business with a crooked organization that lies.
