Brennan & Clarks ongoing attempts to collect a non-existent debt, after receiving multiple certified disputes and contradictory documentation from their own client, constitute false representation and continued collection activity without validation in violation of FDCPA 1692g ( b ), 1692e, and 1692d. I am requesting that the CFPB require Brennan & Clark and XXXX XXXX to cease all collection efforts, confirm in writing that no debt is owed, and correct any internal or credit-reporting records reflecting this alleged balance.
