I am submitting a complaint against Johnson Mark, XXXX. regarding unprofessional and improper handling of a disputed garnishment. I emailed their office as instructed and received an automatic confirmation, but they claim they never received it. They told me complaints take 72 hours to review ; it has been longer than 72 hours and they still can not locate my message. They continue to direct me to email the same inbox without resolution.
